Gingerbread house, with its beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, and artful décor, is a quiet retreat located a 2 minute walk behind the beach at the end of El Nido town. It has a great terrace for dining/drinking on the 2 nd floor. Although you have neighbors, it is enclosed behind towering walls on a 250m2 lot, so you have complete privacy with a lovely garden and a large upstairs veranda offering a view over El Nido bay and its limestone cliffs. There is wifi connection throughout the 150m2 house that has 2 bedrooms, both air-conditioned, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, each with ensuite bathroom (hot water showers) and a king size bed. The living room, air-con and ceiling fans, comes with a convertible sofa/double bed, 40” flat screen TV with cable, a dining area with Narra wood table and chairs that seats six while the upstairs veranda serves as an al fresco dining/drinking area, a full kitchen with gas stovetop and refrigerator, as well as a small third full bathroom beside it. There are two walking routes into the property, one to the main road which is a 3 minute walk so there is no noise from that, and a second pathway to the beach which leads to the main town where you will find numerous restaurants, shops, boat tours, motorbike rentals and bars.
