Our cozy home is within 1 mile of a local bar, coffee shop, ice cream shop and a small grocery. The property is within walking distance to our village park and rails for trails, and it is located on Perch Lake with boating amenities available on site. The lake is an all-sports lake with a reputation for fishing and swimming fun. Clare is a small town near by that offers an assortment of fast foods, small town dining, and a micro brewery as well. Soaring Eagle Casino and water park within 25 minute drive. Owner lives near by and is ready to assist with any questions concerns or general needs.
