This finca impresses with its beautiful hilly location with far-reaching views. Thanks to its proximity to the fincas Finca Bonita and Es Rafal de Sant , it is particularly suitable for larger families or groups of friends who want to travel together but still have their own retreat.
Finca
At the heart of the finca is a cozy living and dining area, which is equipped with a fireplace, sofas, a TV and a dining area. The windows and doors provide plenty of light and open out onto the beautiful terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm) and access to the terrace, as well as two bathrooms with shower. This finca can be heated by central heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The use of the air conditioning is included in the price during the night.
Outside area
There is a large veranda with a dining area and a cozy bench overlooking the Mediterranean garden. The large pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. The large holm oaks in the garden provide shade. The house is suitable for families with children, as the pool can be easily seen from the building.
