Positive: It was easy to communicate with the owner/manager by WhatsApp. There was secure underground parking for my motorcycle. The building is new and everything in the apartment is also new. The apartment is "cosy", ie. rather small! And remember it has a view of the interior patio.
Negative: The bed was rather hard. Not much room to move around.
Summary: Cosy, small apartment.
