Welcome you and your furry friends to our lovely house, conveniently situated near everything Sidney has to offer.
Located in a friendly and safe community, our house provides privacy and convenience at the street corner.
Within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, you can reach Sidney city center, while the ferry terminal or airport is just a 10-minute drive away.
This house is a single-story building, and your suite is the guest unit of this residence. Your suite features a separate entrance, a dedicated parking spot capable of accommodating three cars or a small boat, a side yard, and a private patio.
I live in the adjacent unit, side by side with yours, ensuring that there won't be any disturbances between us.
Your suite is equipped with two double-sized beds and a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed, with the sofa bed furnished with a new 4.5-inch thick memory foam mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a 30-inch gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a fully automatic washer&dryer combo. The living room is furnished with a 4K smart TV, offering popular Canadian channels and premium membership programs from Netflix and TSN. We also provide a baby crib and a highchair for your little one (advance booking required).
To protect your privacy, we have set up a separate network for you. Additionally, your suite is equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, as well as smart smoke and flame detectors.
