Cozy Gatlinburg A-Frame with lots of charm. Nestled into the mountainside and tastefully decorated with local carvings and crafts. Located 3 min from the heart of Gatlinburg and easy drive-only half way up Ski Mountain Rd. Minutes to Ober Gatlinburg and community pools. Only two properties located at the end of a dead end court, very private. No scary driveway- all paved. 20 steps walk up to cabin front door- not wheelchair accessible.
Escape the bustle of Gatlinburg to the serenity of the cascading brook that surrounds the property. Minutes from hiking the national park. Look up and see the aerial tram as it passes overhead. It looks like a spaceship when lit up at night. Enjoy the new 5-person hot tub after a long day of exploring and hiking the National Park. Cook dinner outside on the grill or inside in the full kitchen. Lots of games inside and outside.

Summary: We stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved it. It was well stocked with all essentials required. The beds were very comfortable and we loved how each bedroom had its own theme, so tastefully decorated. The chalet is exactly as advertised which is always appreciated. The deck is wonderful and we enjoyed the hot tub. No bears came on the deck, but we did see some in the driveway which was very exciting. The Chalet is a great value for the money. We highly recommend staying here.
