Positive: The location. I've been there for 36 years so I know the building I was in for this stay. We owned a condo on the 3rd floor since 1971 which we kept in excellent condition for renters until we sold it.
Negative: The condo bathrooms were not clean. There was mold in the tub area and the toilet bowl water was at a very low level. There were lights and outlets that didn't work. The tv's did not work right away. We had to finagle the remotes which was frustrating. The carpeting was very old and needed replacement. The dining chairs were heavy and difficult to move on the carpeting.
Summary: We came for the memories I had from all the years I was going there and the Jazz and Music Festival
