The cottage includes fans in all rooms and a partial AC and heating unit. A full-size futon is located in the open-concept living room/kitchen area that can accommodate additional sleeping space for guests. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast nook table located in the living room or the high-top table on the porch while enjoying the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail in hand.
