ENJOY the QUIET side of the lake in our COZY lakefront cottage. We are located at the 13 mile marker (Chimney Cove) directly across the main channel from the Lodge of the Four Seasons. THIS cottage has updated kitchen. Two bedrooms and newly remodeled bath. Each bedroom has new QUEEN bedding. From one of the bedrooms there is a sliding glass door to the LARGE SCREENED in lanai which runs the FULL length of the cottage. The COZY living room has a 27' TV wall unit, with satellite dish, DVD, and all sports channels. There is a QUEEN sofa sleeper with DELUXE mattress, for extra guests. From the living room you have access to the screened in lanai. With a panoramic view of the lake. The lanai is great for relaxing, family board games, romantic sunset dinners, extra sleeping area and little ones to play!!!!! The newer kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots & pans and utensils. ALL linens and towels are also provided for your use. You just need to BRING your beach towels. There is a shared boat DOCK with plenty of room: for your use with a large SWIM platform on one end for those who like to soak up the sun. Slip rental is available. If you bring a boat, there is plenty of parking for your trailer. Electric is available from cottage if needed. Launch area close by. WE are just minutes from golf, fine & casual dining on and off the water, the Osage Beach outlet mall and much more! SO come and enjoy the QUIET side of the lake...you don't know what you are missing!!
