Immersed in green tropical vegetation, our unique Guesthouse is where we usually host our visiting family and friends from out of town. It is now also open to guests who are visiting Greater Orlando! Take advantage of its availability and join the great experience our guests are always talking about.
The space
This beautiful private Guesthouse is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen and new furniture throughout the house. Its unique design by one of Disney's Architects provides an intimate and tranquil atmosphere. The living room is facing a private wooden deck surrounded by greenery under wide tree canopies. The sleeping area is separated from the living area yet open and provides a comfortable queen size bed and a specious walk-in closet packed with shelves. Living room sofa folds out into an additional single bed. Parking space is allocated for guests’ car.
Also provided is free Wi-Fi connection, Cable TV, A/C and heater. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided too. The kitchen space contains a two-burner electric cook-top, microwave, Nespresso espresso maker, refrigerator, sink, pots & pans, plates and flatware, and cooking utensils. All kitchen appliances and accessories are brand new. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest stay.

Guesthouse is a dedicated space solely reserved to the use of our guests.
Guests are provided with a door code to enter the unit.
Guest parking space is well marked with signs when entering the driveway.
Other things to note
Like the center of a diamond this guesthouse cottage is located in the heart of Orlando's attractions, only twenty minutes away from each landmark; Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Orlando Beautiful Downtown, Historic Winter Garden and its Crooked Can brewery, trendy shopping centers and gourmet restaurants. It is walking distance from the famous Yellow Dog Eatery in Gotha. We’d be happy to offer any advice you need regarding directions, travel options, restaurants or sites to visit.
The Guesthouse is located off of a private path road in a quiet residential neighborhood, mature landscape jungle style, lots of greenery, butterflies and birds.
For those who are still children at heart there is also a Tree-house on the property right behind the guesthouse.
