Welcome to the Cozy Copper Oaks! This spacious home is perfect for family get-togethers or those much needed quiet retreats. Relaxing nature trails begin right outside the back door! Enjoy views of the lake, woods, and golf course along the way. You are minutes from the Briarbrook Club House, which has a restaurant and an outdoor pool.
My wife and I live in the basement with our own separate access. As this is a family-friendly neighborhood, parties are 100% prohibited. Strictly enforced!
House Rules:
🚫No parties of any kind. Any sign of a party will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a $200 fee.🚫
Please read and be aware of these House Rules before arrival. Failure to follow these House Rules will immediately result in the following charges:
-🍄FEES: Please make sure you enter the correct number of GUESTS for your stay. Unapproved guests visiting the house without proper communication will be added to your guest list and result in an additional $20/day/person for your reservation.
-🍄FEES: Unapproved LATE CHECK-OUT will result in an additional $30 every 15 minutes after check-out time.
-🍄 FEES: NO PETS/ANIMALS, any guest found to have had a pet/animal indoors may be evicted without a refund and charged an additional $200/day for the days already stayed + any cost to cover the extra cleaning.
-🍄FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 charge.
-🍄FEES: Smoking of any kind inside will result in an immediate eviction without refund and charged an automatic $250 + any extra cost for cleaning
-🍄FEES: Tampering or breaking any of the electronics or furniture will result in an immediate $250 charge.
-🍄Quiet Hours: 10pm-9am
-We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
