You can't find a condo closer to the water on Norris Lake! Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The condo is super clean with new mattresses and decor. The unit is located on the main level of the condo complex, which means no stairs for you! Park out front and walk right in! Lake access is especially convenient. The community boat ramp is next to the condo complex (which doubles as great entertainment) and the boat slip is just steps away. There is plenty of trailer parking in a designated area. No boat - no worries! There are many fun things to do in the best cul-de-sac on the lake! You can swim, float, kayak, paddle board and fish all you want - right off the dock in the private "no wake" cove. There are 2 rope swings located in the cove and we are just beyond the famous jumping bridge. We have a community pool to enjoy as well as a 1/2 mile walking path that runs along the beautiful wooded waterline. After a full day of water and sun, relax on the private covered back deck with views of the lake, equipped with a Blackstone grill and ample seating.
The master has a king bed, full bath and garden tub and shower. This room has TV with Ruku for streaming. Guest room has a queen bed and large closet. Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 6! All guest have access to a single boat slip. You can stay in the off season and relax to beautiful fall foliage, peace and wildlife, fishing, ATV riding and holiday fun with family.
