Cute, cozy, and comfy tiny house in West Asheville, this rental is located at the end of a small neighborhood of other rentals about 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, in West Asheville less than 5 minutes to Haywood Road and the River Arts District. This rental comes with our commitment to exceeding our guests expectations and if you're not looking for a tiny house experience this may not be for you.
Dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee paid through airbnb after booking. We prefer to not rent to smokers. We expect our guests to treat our property with respect. The hot tub is private for this rental only and the other rentals on the property have their own tubs that are not shared.
This is at the end of a small neighborhood with other rentals within 100 feet. Everyone has parking and the guests who book this space do so for the tiny house experience in Asheville with the quick drive into downtown, with grocery shopping at Ingles markets close by.

The tiny house is located at the end of the driveway at 8 and or 12 Strawflower lane in Asheville NC 28806. Please park in front of the tiny house. Check-in is anytime after four. We can always do an early luggage drop off but we cannot guarantee the house will be clean until four. The lockbox code is 8080. Please leave the keys inside at all times as we do charge 200 dollars for missing keys.

Please shower before using the the hot tub.
We use a mineral sanitizer in addition to chlorine and on the hot tub and it's not unusual for it to appear cloudy. This has to do with the metals that react with the hot tub. We have had the water tested extensively and it is just a high mineral content in the water because of the sanitizer. We treat and maintain and regularly change out the water for our guests.
No smoking on the premises. We charge 100 dollars to pick up smoke waste like cigarette butts. Please do the dishes if you use them. If something breaks please just let us know so we can fix it. We only make damage claims against your deposit for stolen items and gross negligence.
Check in is after 4pm.
Checkout is at 10am. If you need a later checkout it's better to ask us the night before to see if we can accommodate with the cleaning schedule. If you are in the house after 10 o’clock we will have to charge you for another day.
Checkout instructions:
Please bag up all garbage. Don't worry about stripping the beds. Please clean up after yourself and tidy up as best you can. We clean for you but we also charge extra for extreme messes. Please leave all used towels hanging up. Have a safe trip!
