Positive: PROS: Close to CO Springs - House is spacious - 4 bedrooms - plenty of bathrooms - good supply of towels & linens - kitchen well-stocked - Neat & clean - contact person very responsive when texted with questions - entry code so no worries about keeping track of multiple keys
Negative: DEAL BREAKER: Master bedroom has double glass entry doors with only light frosting, so absolutely NO PRIVACY! You can see into master bedroom from bedroom across landing; quite off-putting. Owner needs to replace with solid doors. Would keep us from renting again. CONS: House needs to be better maintained - the lighting is quite dim so house felt dark and not welcoming - some window blinds not operational - master bath door lock doesn't work - tub handle on master bath comes off - shower heads give only the slightest trickle of water - not the best neighborhood - sink stoppers stick - fireplace not operational - furniture isn't comfortable and somewhat worn down
Summary: FUNCTIONAL BUT LOW-END. Good if you're on really tight budget & won't spend much time in the house.
