The unique cottage, located just off the road, has many original features along with updated features for your comfort. Wood floors throughout, paneled walls and ceilings, many original overhead light fixtures in addition to some original door hardware(yes, the glass ones!)lend to the cottage feel. You have entry into the home both from the front or back of the house. If entering from the front, you will pass thru the screened in porch which faces Demere Road. The living room, which features soft dove grey walls, has ample comfortable seating. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The dining room is situated between the living room and kitchen and comfortably seats 6. The small kitchen is closer to the back of the house and has been updated with new cabinetry and appliances. The opening over the kitchen sink looks into another comfy seating area that the back door enters in to. Both bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and the front bedroom is just off the fully remodeled bathroom. The back bedroom has a small half bath within and houses the worlds cutest smallest sink ever! The adjoining small room has ample closet space to accommodate your wardrobe. Although this home does not have a washer and dryer, there is a laundry center located just a block away that even offers Doordash for your laundry.
