Welcome to our cozy chalet, located just minutes away from all of the Poconos top attractions...skiing, shopping, and more! Entertain in the game loft, enjoying family fun & making new memories for hours. The loft offers a 7ft pool table, official dart board, board games, & karaoke speaker. Mix a drink at the bar cart, make some tea & snuggle up by the modern fireplace. Prefer the smell of real fire? Take it outside to the stone fire pit. Relax & have fun in this amenity filled community!
We have a full kitchen and dining for six people.
The Primary suite has a king size bed located at the back of the chalet. Across from that is our second bedroom with a queen bed. The living area features a sleeper sofa with a pull-out queen mattress.
The community offers some great amenities...2 lakes with paddle boats, kayaking, conning (seasonal), outdoor ice skating (seasonal), 6 pools, 6 playgrounds, 6 basketball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 softball fields, mini golf, fishing, 2 dog parks, and a cafe. (Some amenities are seasonal.)
There are is a casino, water parks, ski resorts, and winery conveniently located within minutes from the chalet.
We also have outdoor seating on the front deck and seating for six around the fire pit, perfect for late night ghost stories and some s'mores.
Included: High speed internet, Vizio watch free+. Guests can log into their streaming services through our smart TV.
The lake and main pool is a five minute drive from the house. Also there is additional pool in our section of community. Upon arrival, please have driver's license and car registration to check in at main building to gain a gate pass. Community amenities Pool, beach, and lake activities are an additional fee.
Pools are outdoor, and are only open during the summer months. Lake and beach areas are open year round.
There are cameras located at the front and rear of chalet, as a safety precaution. We only check the camera to see if there is a car in the driveway to confirm a guests have arrived or departed. We actively respect your privacy during your trip.
*This community is gated and requires advance registration. Guests will be required to provide information for registration with the community. The community will charge late fees for information not provided in a timely manner. Each driver and car is required to present a valid Drivers License and registration for entry.
There will be an additional $75 short notice registration/late fee charged by the community for registration that is submitted less than 4 days prior to the reservation.
There is a three vehicle limit for this property.
Because this is a gated community, any day visitors or deliveries must be called in by management.
There is a $12/person fee charged by the community at check-in for pool passes.
