Bedroom 1: Furnished with a comfy queen-sized bed, the main bedroom has a large closet, a dresser, and nightstands with USB lamps. Blackout curtains let you sleep as late as you'd like!
Bedroom 2: A dedicated workspace with a large desk, task chair, and plenty of natural lighting. The office can also serve as a second bedroom with a llarge closet and queen air mattress (extra linens are provided).
Bathroom: Enjoy an updated bathroom with a bidet, sparkling clean shower (note: there's no bathtub), and fluffy cotton towels.
Living Room: Relax on the sectional sofa to enjoy your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) through Roku.
Full Kitchen: Store all your essentials in a walk-in pantry . The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, gas oven/range, microwave, and coffee maker. Dinnerware, utensils, and stainless steel cookware are provided.
Laundry Room: The laundry room is detached from the main house, right outside the back door. It has a folding table and doubles as the perfect place for bike storage.
Parking: There is a designated parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Designated street parking is free and plentiful.
Guest access
The guest house in the back (Traveler's Haven) may be occupied by other guests. The front yard and driveway are shared spaces and should be respected as such. There is ample driveway parking for one vehicle per house and additional street parking is free.

Applicable State & Local Hotel Occupancy Taxes (14%) are included in your booking and will not be charged separately.
LONG-TERM GUESTS (staying more than 14 days) should note that our is a furnished home, NOT a hotel. This means that:
- We do not provide a shuttle service from the airport. Rideshare services are readily available anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth.
- The home will be sparkling clean when you arrive but like most , we do not provide an ongoing cleaning service. We do provide extra linens and cleaning products so that you can keep your space tidy. If you prefer to hire someone to clean on a regular basis, we can refer you to our trusted housekeeper who charges $200 per light, regular cleaning.
- We provide enough basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) for at least 2 weeks. Guests should purchase these items for the rest of the stay.
- We WILL maintain our own property like the best landlord you've ever had! Let us know if the Wi-Fi is slow or an appliance stops working. We want to take care of any issue as soon as possible so that you feel right at home.
