Positive: The outside of cabins were nice looking and the space provided a communal firepit with chairs around it and wood to burn was provided. The lot was decent with lots of trees.
Negative: Upon check in the floors needed sweeping and there was a to-go container left in the refrigerator from prior guest. Upstairs bedroom window was left open and would not crank close so guests had to take off screen to secure the window then put the screen back. The screen door on the cabin did not close since it didn't fit and just stood open so was useless. Also ran out of toilet paper after one day and none to be found anywhere in the place. So had to make an extra trip to the store to buy some. Wanted to contact the host but the email from host did not include a telephone number. Was awoken at 1 a.m by the sound of motorcycles racing down Spruce Street one night so it was not the serene atmosphere expected from the blurb on the website. The driveway to the cabin was not big enough to accommodate cars parked in front of the cabin we occupied and the cabin next door without driving on the grass. The driveway into the property from the street had 3 large potholes that made for a bumpy ride. Lastly, we requested early check in at noon or 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. and were turned down. Since the place wasn't completely clean, don't think housekeeping was the reason. For the money, I won't ever stay there again and I can't recommend the place based on my experience there.
