Summary: I have chosen this property because of the private pool and the privacy I was looking for. I did get both of those. Although most of the properties in the area are separated by trees. It was not completely private. There are a few restaurants nearby, most are very expensive. The nearest supermarket is 20 mn drive from the apartment. There are a few things I did not like. First, there were no blender and microwave in the apartment. I think it is a mistake. Second, there was no access to the shower from the outside, guest must walk inside after using the pool. I think it is a bad engineering design. Third, the bathroom, although amazingly nice and spacious was too hot. There should have been a fan or another AC in the bathroom. Besides these issues, my fiancee and I enjoyed the time we spent there. This is a better accommodation than a pricy resort or a hotel. The apartment is great, we could grill, cook if we want and we had a private pool. I fully recommend this apartment to any person or couple visiting Punta Cana. This is a very safe and affordable choice. This is a great value.
