Step into a spacious foyer, dining and living room area decorated with a relaxing coastal feel. HOUSE RULES:
-The person making the booking must be present during the entire stay.
-NO DRUGS or SMOKING (including, but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, personal vaporizers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or any drug classed as an illegal substance by the U.S. Government and/or the State of Florida, hookahs and any other device that emits smoke and/or vapor) inside the house. If the Guests and/or their invitees Smoke inside the House or allow Smoke to enter the House, they will forfeit their Deposit and the Primary Guest(s) will be responsible for additional fees to remove the Smoke Odor and Damage from the house (including Re-Painting the entire Interior of the property, Cleaning the Carpets & Drapes, Cleaning the Furniture and Washing Down all Interior Surfaces of the property). If these measures do not entirely remove all Smoke Odor and Damage from the house, the Primary Guest(s) are responsible for replacing all Carpet, Furniture, Drapes and all other items that have absorbed any Smoke Odor. The smoke odor is almost impossible to get rid of.
-Please feel free to adjust the temperature on the thermostat but please do not set the cold setting lower than 72 degrees as it stresses out the A/C system. Please use the provided ceiling fans. Do not change any other settings.
-Extra Bed linens and pillows can be found in the hall linen closet or twin bedroom closet.
-Please use makeup removal wipes provided in each bathroom. Do not remove makeup with white wash clothes and towels.
-Laundry pods and dryer sheets can be found in a basket on the washer. Please keep out of reach of children
-Dishwasher pods, fresh sponge and dish soap are located to the left of the kitchen sink. Please keep out of reach of children.
-First Aid kit is located in the kitchen cabinet to the top right of the kitchen sink. Please let us know if used so we can replenish supplies.
-Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
- Please do not put anything in the sink's garage disposal other than small amounts of soft foods (no bones please). Please remove as much as possible into the trash can before rinsing out such things as plates, bowls, cups and silverware in the sink.
-This house is baby friendly but not baby proof. Please bring your own pack n play and other baby needs.
- There is a step between the living space and office/game room as well as one in the garage. Both steps are labeled to watch your step. Please use caution while in these areas.
- Please do not lock the interior garage door. There is no key to unlock it. We are in the process of getting the lock changed out.
- Please do not manually lock the lever on the front door before leaving. Only use the smart lock.
- Trash day is Monday, please put trash bins out on Monday morning. Once trash is collected, please put trash bins back to the side of the house by the evening.
-The remote for the living room light is located on the side table closest to the front door. The top of the green button turns on the top dome light and the bottom turns on the bottom light.
-Game room light remote is located in the living room attached to the wall above the light switch that must be in the on position for the light and fan to work. Press the light button on the remote to turn on the light and the high/medium/low buttons operate the fan
PETS ARE ALLOWED:
- Pet Fee of $75 will be added to your reservation in order to provide extra cleaning to ensure a pleasant stay for the next guest(s) who might be animal sensitive.
- If the property is not left in a satisfactory condition, Vrbo may charge your method of payment for extra cleanings, property damage, and/or missing items.
- Though pets are allowed, the property is not setup to be Pet Proof. So please provide extra attention to your pet(s) during your stay.
- Please provide your own supplies for pet care.
- Please do not leave your pet(s) unattended inside the property unless they are in a crate/carrier while you are away.
- Upon checkout, please ensure there are no dug holes or pet droppings in the front and backyards.
- Please do not allow your pet(s) to be on the couch, ottoman, beds, tables and countertops.
- Note: neighbor has two small dogs who are outside at times.
GARAGE DOOR:
- Please do not open the garage door as the garage is under air conditioning. Please use the front door if you need access to the driveway or the front yard.
ACCIDENTAL PROPERTY DAMAGE:
- accidents happen. If any property gets accidentally damaged, please reach out to the host right away. Most accidents can be resolved with a simple conversation.
GENERAL:
- We kindly request you take off your shoes while inside the property. Garage can be the exception - Upon checkout, please put all furniture and items found within the property back to where you originally found them when you checked-in. Thank you so much!
-If at any time you notice anything wrong (for example: slow water drain in tubs, low battery remotes, ants/bugs) please let us know so we can fix.
-The property is monitored by outdoor cameras at the garage and front door.
