Positive: Located in a nice neighborhood. No problem with parking.
Negative: The bed wasn't on a frame so it was low on the floor. I slept descent & the room was located downstairs & nice clean bathroom. There was family members there which was they was upstairs. They let me know they was there far as the noise level. I definitely knew they was in the kitchen the room was a few feet away. They also have a dog that barked as well. Didn't get the proper rest that I wanted to get. I was from out of town visiting family in the area.
Summary: Get a bed sitting higher up on a frame. Keep the noise down to a minimum.
