Beautiful lakefront property on Upper Upper Silver Lake. Walk out to the sandy beach just 40 feet from the back door. Swim, fish, row boat or ride in the paddle boat in our quiet non-motorized lake. Great place for children to play in the water and sand.
Also have access to our full lake where you can take your speedboat or jet skiis on Upper Silver Lake. It is a very short walk from our cottage.
This 3 bedroom home sleeps 11 comfortably. It has 2 bathrooms. One off master bedroom with shower. The other has tub and shower. It has washer, dryer, tv/dvd in living room. all kitchen applicances and fully stocked kitchen. Very neat and clean property.
Outside has a new large firepit area, a covered patio area, close to the water, gas grill and a long dock with a sandy beach area.
Located close to town, golf and dune entrance. I only rent in one week blocks, from Saturday, to Saturday during the summer. Starting in late August and Sept. will rent for shorter amount of time.
*Please Note: Wifi doesnt work until June and is limited to porch during week long stays.
