This cozy 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath loft condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 6 with 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.
This is a 3rd floor unit (no elevator) with a large oceanfront balcony with great view off of the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's and washer/dryer. The master bedroom is up the spiral staircase in the loft.
Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If the condo had been cleaned, it was done so superficially. There were clumps of hair and bugs on the floor, sofa, and chair downstairs, and dust bunnies in the (utility) pantry - main bathroom, when we arrived...Furthermore, even the most agile, alert/sober, graceful, and nimble of us would find it dangerous/difficult to climb, and descend the stairs in this condo.
