Located in the gated community of St. George Plantation, the Pelican Bomber offers all you need to relax and create memories with your family and friends! The Pelican Bomber is comfortably outfitted and tastefully decorated to offer a tranquil atmosphere. The new deck is spacious and ready for your morning coffee break, an afternoon nap, or a great place to eat dinner while enjoying the lush views.
The beach trail begins directly across the street (southside of the house) and within 3 minutes, you are at the white sandy beach! Upon your beach trip return, an outdoor shower is available.
*The Property: Keyless entry with in-unit laundry and private yard.
*General: Free WiFi, linens/towels, iron/board, pack and play, highchair.
*Free Parking: Carport (2 vehicles), driveway (2-4 vehicles), no golf carts allowed by HOA.
First Floor:
*Cozy living room.
*A spacious kitchen with a dining table and mobile kitchen island with two bar seats. The kitchen has all you need to make delicious meals, a coffee machine (Keurig with regular and decaf pods), hot water kettle, toaster, blender, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice machine, and a filtered water dispenser, dishware, flatware, cooking basics, and a microwave. A pantry is available for storage needs.
*Laundry room with washer and dryer. A supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available to use.
*Bedroom #1: King bed with full bath.
*Bedroom #2: King bed with full bath.
*Bedroom #3: 2 sets of bunk beds and half bath. Bottom bunks: Queen beds, top bunks: Full XL beds. Room equipped with wall air conditioning unit.
*Access to the furnished deck.
Second Floor:
*Bedroom #4: Queen bed with full bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate tub with jets.
Additional Notes:
*With this rental, you will have exclusive community access to the following amenities: tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools (not heated), a tennis/pickleball court, nature trails, gym, and bicycle paths.
*Beach towels, a wagon, and beach chairs are available for guest use.
*Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
*No animals allowed.
*No smoking (of any kind) allowed.
*HOA does not allow renters to use golf carts.
*Florida has a tropical climate. The Pelican Bomber is monitored and treated regularly by a pest control company. However, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for occasional bugs in the house.
*Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Guest Access:
* Upon rental approval, a rental agreement MUST be completed within 24 hours. Guests will be registered to enter the St. George Plantation at the front gate. Guests are allowed access to the entire home, except where posted (locked cabinets in the laundry room, locked tool room in the breezeway, and locked front entrance closet). Guests are not allowed in the garage.
