This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Newly renovated with a beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play on request.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, kids scooters and 2 adult scooters. Beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.
