Positive: The location was very convenient and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It was also a huge bonus having a washer and dryer available on site.
Negative: The listing claims to accommodate four people, however I would say that it would be most comfortable with 2 or 3 people max. There wasn't really a couch bed, just a comforter thrown over part of the sectional, and with 2 of us having to sleep on the sectional it definitely wasn't the most comfortable. I also found it a bit odd that a lot of the host's personal belongings were scattered around the apartment, (jewelry, shoes, bath products, personal photos on display, food in the fridge and freezer obviously belonging to the host) not a huge issue but just something I don't usually see when booking a vacation rental, and I could see an issue arising if another guest assumed everything in the apartment was for their use and ate the food in the fridge, for example.
