Summary: We were two adults and a 12 year old and found the villa comfortable, clean and quiet. The villa is far enough from the restaurants and shops so that it is quiet and easy to find parking, but close enough that we usually walked to town and the beach. Be prepared for lots of stairs. Not sure how common this is, but we were a little surprised just how much of a workout getting suitcases in and out would be.
