Our apartment house is sunny and quiet in the middle of Stumm. You can easily reach inns, restaurants, shops and the supermarket on foot. The ski bus stop is only 50 m from the house. The ski bus takes you to the valley station of the gondola lifts in Kaltenbach in a few minutes. They will transport you to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area.
The total of 7 apartments for 2-8 people are spread over 3 floors. The apartments in the 3rd Floors have slight sloping ceilings in some rooms. The lounge on the first floor invites our guests to sit together after skiing (until around 10 p.m. at room volume).
