Sarasota is well known as a sub-tropical resort community with an average of 251 days of sun each year and temperatures that range from 90˚ in July to 51˚ in January. Located only 1.8 miles from the largest mall in Sarasota, there is abundant nightlife, movietheaters, theaters, sports clubs, shopping, walking & bike trails and plenty of fine restaurants.
