Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This attached one bedroom unit is equipped with all of your essentials and is a great space for a quick getaway or a business trip.
This unit is attached to the main home and is located in a new build community where there is still construction. Although fairly soundproof, there will be noise throughout the day. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise down from 10pm-7am daily.
This guesthouse has its own entrance, kitchenette, one bedroom and one bathroom. There is an interior door attached to the main house but it locks from both sides to prevent access.
There is no washer/dryer available however there is a laundromat or dry cleaning within 10 minutes of the home and laundry pick up services offered in the area.
The community offers a small playground, dog park and basketball court that guests are welcome to use!
This home is located within 10 minutes of Walmart, Costco and other major grocery stores. It is also within 10 minutes of skyline regional park which is home to great scenery and beautiful hikes. Downtown Phoenix is only 35 minutes away (no traffic), so you can enjoy the city but come home to that small town feel!
