Surrounded by flowers and tons of character, Barbara's Place, a surprisingly spacious 1200 sq foot two storied house in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely immaculate, it has two bedrooms upstairs with a/c and 4 single beds(2 can be converted to a king). The living room downstairs features a queen futon sofa and a comfortable stuffed chair. The enormous kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed accessories. A small porch provides the wonderful sounds and smells of Maine, and the perfect place for quiet reading or that morning coffee. Within walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping center, the 400' pier greets you to an amusement park and to Maine's best beach, seven miles of the softest beach sand. Ample off street parking. Beach parking pass available, for a deposit, for those not wanting to take the short walk.
