Are you ready for your own little bit of paradise in sunny Florida? This cozy, Sand Castle Beach Cottage, is a two-story town-home that has a fenced yard, just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! Stay in comfort minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1.5 miles from the Port Canaveral Cruise Ship Terminals and casino action! Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes to the Orlando area theme parks. This ocean-view town-home has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a balcony and ocean views! The second bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be converted to a king. The couch contains a queen size fold out bed. The home is fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes and cookware, to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for the kids! The Sand Castle Beach Cottage has a very large, outdoor living space, equipped with Adirondack loungers, grill and bar height table set. Cable, Internet and WiFi are provided. We also have a one car garage, with a washer and dry for your needs. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Summary: My husband, adult son, and I loved this property. The location was just right - half a block from the beach, close to Cocoa Beach attractions, and easily drivable to KSC and Cocoa Village. The AC works great and it was so convenient to have all the beach paraphernalia. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was adequately furnished (not great knives, but we find that is generally true for VRBO). The beds were comfortable. We did not use the sofa bed. Check-out was easy and we were not asked to strip beds or start laundry - just take out trash and leave dishes clean. We would definitely stay here again.
