This cute home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, bars and the U-Med distract is only 15 minutes down the road. Kaladi Brother's Coffee is only a mile from the home. It is the perfect location, whether you're looking for a quiet stay or want to adventure and explore around town and come back home to kick up your feet and relax.
We are pet friendly and have a fenced backyard.
The home is two stories: the bottom floor is the living room (with a couch and tv), fully stocked kitchen, half bath with a washer and dryer and access to the back covered porch with a fenced back yard.
There is a shed in the backyard that offers extra storage, should you need it.
The upstairs has the bedroom, office and full shower and bathtub.
There is a two car driveway with a lilac tree in the front yard, and wild raspberries that grow in the backyard.
