Welcome to our home! Tastefully and professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bath, upper unit home with private entrance. Fully fenced backyard (shared with lower unit) with fire pit, yard games, bistro lights, and patio seating. The home and kitchen are fully equipped with all your basic needs. Dog friendly. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Close to everything! Sloan's Lake, Tennyson St, Highlands, DT Arvada are 10 minutes away. DT Denver and Red Rocks just 20 minutes drive.
THE SPACE
Enjoy full use of the entire upper level unit. Basement is rented out separately. The backyard is a shared space with lower unit.

-Doggie station (includes dog bowls, a few treats, dog towels, toys, and poop bags - we know it can be hard to pack for your pup while traveling!)

Front yard, backyard, and upper level of home for full guest use. Backyard is a shared space with the lower unit. The backyard access is through the front door, and by walking down the driveway to the back. There is no direct access to the backyard from inside the house. Parking for upper unit is street parking and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is usually always available right in front of the home.

We are dog friendly but do not allow cats. Owner is very allergic to cats, sorry, no exceptions.
