This home is in a desirable area, located in one of the best areas Vancouver has to offer.
We are in a peaceful neighborhood full of heritage houses and lovely gardens, located half a block from wonderful Douglas Park which features beautiful mountain views, a huge field , an epic playground and a running track.
We are short walk to Cambie Village which features many diverse and delicious eateries, ice cream and coffee shops.
We are very close to Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, VanDusen Botanical Gardens, and additional shopping opportunities are found at the many boutiques nearby on South Granville and Main Street.

We are connected to primary bus lines and the Canada line which can take you directly downtown or to the Airport in short time.
We are very close to major hospitals and health centres such as Vancouver General Hospital, BC women’s Hospital, BC Children’s Hospital, GF Strong.
