Hi there , I'm Justin ! First of all my home is your home. If I leave anything in the fridge you're welcome to it. Please just respect my home as if it's your own. Much appreciated. Now for the space. This is a split level home with 3 Bedrooms 2 of which are upstairs (Master & guest room upstairs) and 1 bed and 1 bath downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a new memory foam King size bed, 50inch Tv that hangs on the wall and is connected to the internet. Netflix account is already added on the tv. There is a comfy lounge/massage/reading chair with heat in the corner of the room. There are 2 closets one is nearly empty of personal belongings and available for use. Master bath has an oversized tub & shower combo with recently replaced rainfall shower head. The guest room upstairs has a Queen size bed with a spring mattress and 3inch thick memory foam matress pad topper that feels like sleeping on a cloud! A unique nightstand and a nearly empty closet available for use. plenty of storage with shelves and drawers in the closet. Downstairs is a 2nd Living area and 1 bedroom and its own detached bathroom. This Bedroom also has a King size bed and empty 6 drawer dresser. mini fridge available for use in the bedroom. (please unplug and empty of any parishable items before check out) Small walk in closet. The downstairs living area has a 4th full size bed memory foam mattress (open area great for the kiddos) a 50 in plasma tv on the wall that is connected to Cox cable tv. I have the all channel package including all the premium channels. There is a leather reclining 3 seat couch in the down stairs living area. The Kitchen you will find to be fully equipped. Everything you need is there. Keurig coffee machine , Coffee grinder & French press if you like the coffee as I personally do myself. All the pots , pans and utensils you will need are there. There is enough seating for 6 in the kitchen with a table and 4 chairs and also a small bar type table and 2 stools. I will provide a few Items for breakfasts , Oatmeal or musli. Maybe a few other things. The upstairs living room has Oversized furniture , a Couch and also Love seat that is super comfy for sitting , Laying and even sleeping if needed. I keep extra sheets in the house you can use for the couches. There are a couple extra blankets as well. There is a 55inch Tv with Cox cable. dvd player and an Xbox 360 with 15-20 games for the kids. In the back yard is a Table with 6 chairs and a lazy susan center to the table. A BBQ pit available to use. (p.s the ignighter is broken must manually light it) A nice patch of real grass for the fur babies to enjoy. (please clean up after your animals poop bags are by the front door 1 small dog no charge , large or multiple dogs may require additional fee) Now that you have a good understanding of the home you will be staying in I just have a few rules and notes to mention. No you cannot throw raging parties here at my place. ( remember when you get drunk that you booked with your credit credit card so don't trash my house. ;) No shoes in the house. But I have extra slippers for you to use. If you're just honest with me about the parties/events and are willing to pay a hefty deposit I may allow it to happen. I would have to warn my neighbors first. Clark county has a noise ordinance that if broken will result in a $250 per guest fine and I could lose the ability to rent to future guests. I also live in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with the neighbors on both sides and directly in front of me all being families with school aged children. Please Please be respectful to my neighbors! They understand you are here for a good time but you need to understand they have a right to live in a peaceful environment. Ok if you read and agree to all of that then I'd love for you to stay at my place. Now don't do anything I wouldn't do. Justin. Ps.
