Welcome to your home away from home in the Bear Trap Dunes Community! This delightful 3-bedroom townhome is designed to offer you a relaxing and inviting stay.
On the first floor, you'll find an owner's bedroom suite with a queen bed, private shower, and water closet. The living room, thoughtfully furnished for relaxation, opens into a welcoming dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Step outside to enjoy the screened-in porch and deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Upstairs, the second bedroom also boasts a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for additional guests, offering two twin beds and a day bed. These bedrooms share a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom.
Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Summary: We had a great few days stay. It was a few doors down from a playground which we went to a few times. We had 3 kids, so the 3 twin beds were great. The property was clean. The house was comfortably decorated and sheets and towels were provided. It has lots of kitchen items for use as well. The only thing that I did not like was the deadbolt on the front had to be locked with a key from the inside, so you have to leave the key in it for safety. Other than that, it was a great stay!
