Summary: Nice and very clean. The host is a great communicator. Being in the basement this VRBO can feel a bit claustrophobic esp with infants or toddlers. Not ideal with toddlers as they may trip due to levels in between rooms. Being in the basement, the cellular service can be dicey so be sure to get the wifi access info from the host, which we got as soon as I asked. I also got extra time to checkout! However, the bathroom faucet is loose, shower door allows water to flow out and refrigerator doesn't work properly..so with little kids it can be an issue and the common area had dog poop that wasn't picked up, which can be unhygienic if you have little ones who may wanna run around in the open space (the common backyard area). Works for first time DC visitors who only need a place to sleep near the capitol and don't have little kids.
