Summary: The listing advertises the location as being in a “private gated community,” however that is not the case. It is an ungated apartment complex. The apartment was somewhat clean but could have been cleaner, particularly the master bathroom. Linens and towels etc. were all freshly laundered. There was a persistent odor of urine just outside the entry door that made entering and exiting the unit a little unpleasant. There is an apartment directly above this unit and the sounds from above were sometimes disruptive both late at night and early in the morning.
