About this space
Centrally located in close proximity to the new downtown and developments in Kannapolis. This newly remodeled duplex home is 3/4 mile from the NC Research Institute, Plants for Human Health building and 1 mile to Atrium Health Ballpark, brewery, restaurants, Gem Theatre and more! Great place to stay to catch a ball game, concert or extended stay for work at the Research Institute!

The space
This Duplex style home has been completely remodeled. Granite countertops, waterproof luxury floors, paint and more. Nice sized backyard with a firepit, concrete rear patio with picnic table! A beautiful view of a Bamboo wonderland at the rear boundary of the yard. Yard is not fenced. Firewood not provided so please bring if you would like to use the fire pit. :)

You have the whole space to yourselves. This is the "Left" side of a duplex. It has a Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Area, Bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, laundry area. The yard area is shared with the "Right" side occupant, on occasion.

Dogs accepted on a case by case basis, generally smaller sizes. Please inform host how many pets and size. PETS MUST be kept off of all furniture! Extra cleaning will mean extra charges.
