Cozy 1 bedroom neighborhood duplex 17 minutes from Oberlin College. Great location for all things Cleveland and surrounding areas.
The space
Access to the unit is only available from the back via smart lock and 3 steps. Once inside, you will enter the kitchen that has an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster. Please note this unit does not have a dishwasher. Hot water takes a few seconds to kick in, but once on, gets very hot! The fire extinguisher is located under the sink. You will enter the dining area that has a place for shoe storage as we ask that you kindly remove shoes before walking on the carpet. From there you will enter the living area that has a couch and two chairs. A smart tv with wifi is available. The bathroom is small as the house is older, but boasts a newly renovated shower. Personal care travel items as well as a hair dryer will be provided. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen size bed, pillows, nightstands, ceiling fan, oscillating tower fan and lamps. Room darkening curtains are also provided. The closet contains hangers, full size ironing board and iron. Additional blankets and towels are located in the hallway storage closet along with the first aid kit. The furnace is located in the basement, however, you can hear when the heat kicks on and off. The upstairs unit is also an and will be rented out as such. Please do not use the front door/living room door as the guests for the upstairs unit will be using that entrance. The upstairs unit also has an outside patio that can be used. The back door will be used exclusively for entrance and exit. Please use a little muscle when shutting the door. This unit does not currently have a washer/dryer at this time, however, a coin machine laundromat is less than 2 minutes away.

Early check-in available upon request. $25 fee applies. No exceptions. Unfortunately, due to people taking advantage of free check-ins, I have to charge. Attempts to check-in early, without proper payment of fee, will be charged $100 and will be enforced as guests have walked in unannounced and startled my cleaner.
In an effort to clean the home prior to the next guest, any guest that fails to leave by the 11am check-out without prior arrangements, will be charged a $50 fee.
