This cute little 1 bedroom unit is suitable for 4 guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a set of single bunks off the lounge area. The unit has a fully self- contained kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, little BBQ area out the back. There is a TV in the lounge area and a dining table in the kitchen area. Own bathroom is located off the main bedroom with a shower and toilet.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Summary: Had a great time and the property was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved kicking the footy in the front yard. The kookaburras were extremely friendly and the boys were petting them. The neighbours were also really friendly. Thanks we will be back. The Cramps
