Summary: Check in was horrible. We were told they had no double rooms ready at check in. The person behind the desk called someone, walked away and came back 15 mins later and told us that a room was now ready. We went to said room to find it was still in the process of being cleaned. The house keeper kept apologizing (wasnt her fault) she hurried and finished. The room beside us was smoking pot in their room so thats all we could smell in our room.(non smoking room) We walked in to the lobby one afternoon and could hear an employee yelling at someone and was cussing at them. There was small childern in the lobby. Very unprofessional. We will never stay at this hotel again.
