Positive: Lovely hotel, with free and plentiful parking. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable, and all the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. The restauraunt in the hotel gave us two lovely evening meals during our three night stay. If ever I come back to Edmonton again, I'd have no reservations about staying in this hotel again.
Negative: Unfortunatly, the layout of our room was not particularly good, because whilst lying on the bed, the TV set had to be rotated to view, and then around one third of the TV screen (the right hand side) was not visible due to the view of it being blocked by the wardrobe. That is my one and only complaint regarding this establishment.
