Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished condo with great views of the 6th hole of Crown Isle golf course from the living room. A short walk to the Crown Isle golf course public clubhouse and restaurant, as well as North Island College and a large recreation center with pool.
This is a great base for exploring the Comox valley region which boasts world class golf courses, the Mt Washington ski area, Cumberland's famous mountain biking and hiking trails, Strathcona provincial park, the gorgeous inside passage islands, and more, all serviced by a commercial airport serviced by multiple airlines.
Beautiful full kitchen complete with hardwood floor, stone counter tops, dishwasher, flattop stove, full fridge with ice maker, glassware, stemware, and everything necessary to prepare and serve fine cuisine.
Living room has a cozy gas fireplace, hardwood floor, cable TV, DVD and PVR, stereo system with iPod hookup and phone. Dining area with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling and built in lighting provide a fantastic atmosphere.
Large stone patio off the main living area surrounded by grass, trees and the golf course is perfect for lounging with a drink. Patio is furnished with a table and chairs and a large natural gas BBQ.
Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, full en-suite bathroom with heated floors, large soaker tub, and separate shower. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included (linens, towels etc.)
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily and comfortably be made into one king if needed (linens included). The main bathroom also includes a soaker tub and heated floors.
Located within minutes of great restaurants in either Courtenay or Comox (Locals, Atlas, Blackfin Pub, Avenue Bistro) or walk to two restaurants in the Crown Isle clubhouse. Pick up your groceries minutes away at Costco or Thrifty's.
