The 'Landhaus Rheinsberg' was built around the 19th Century. It is a beautiful summer villa in the old style, with a 2000 m² wild garden. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. Only 80 meters from the house is the enchanted hut canal with its own jetty and a rowing boat. Only a few minutes walk and you are on the bathing beach of the Small Pälitzsee. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the garden, relax in a sun lounger, grill meat or fresh fish from the local waters in the evening and enjoy a glass of red wine under the starry sky. The house has two floors, they have a lot of space and can enjoy the spatial diversity. In the garden there is a table tennis table, for romantic tours you can use the paddle boat.
The proximity to the canal and the lake offers you numerous opportunities for swimming, paddling, rowing and fishing in summer. The forests and meadows invite you to bike tours and extensive hikes. If you like it sporty, you can jog or walk for hours in untouched nature.
Excursions to Stechlin Lake, Rheinsberg, Neuruppin or Neustrelitz offer a welcome cultural change. In Rheinsberg, about 10 km away, a visit to the castle is a cultural must. Open air operas take place in the hedge theater in summer.

Summary: Kleinzerlang is a beautiful settlement in the southern part of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Only 45 min from downtown Berlin, it is neatly situated along the Pälitzsee and surrounded by vast forests. This makes it a perfect place for watersport enthusiasts and hikers alike. The house is located at a small channel connecting adjacent lakes and has a small boat for paddling on its own. The garden is huge and directly besides is a playground for the little ones. The house has ample space for up to eight people although 6 might be ideal. All amenities are catered for and the garden provides many lush places to relax. Check-in and check-out was easy and forthcoming. We got loads of advices for activities with/without the kids. Alltogether, this is a real gem just an hour from Berlin and a definite keeper for future travels.
