Frogs Hollow Country Retreat is a 150 year old restored country school once known as Emu Vale Stateschool. Sitting in 5 acres of manicured lawns and gardens dotted with huge 100 year old trees including a giant oak tree ( the faraway tree) English Cedars, poplars, liquid ambers and even 2 giant pines from Anzac Cove which were germinated by seeds brought back by the local boys who fought at Galopili in WW1. The home has fully screened surrounding verandas, high ceilings and even the original blackboard still adorns the main wall of the dining room. Beautifully appointed with feather sofa, leather wing chair in the lounge along with an indoor fire place. A lovely 4 poster bed makes the master bedroom very special. Brand new main bathroom complete with claw footed bath, new fully equipped kitchen with connecting stable door to the side verandah. The school even has the original school swings and climbing bars, a sports oval ( now perfect for horses!) en-suite off main bedroom, pizza oven under the oak tree, and even its own stone time capsule sitting amongst the rose garden. There is also a gorgeous white interior art studio complete with loft and double mattress, adjoining the carport (which was once the school play/ undercover lunch area) The hat and bag rack still there along with one of the huge blackboards from inside the school .
