This newly renovated farmhouse style home is approx. 2400 sq. Ft. sitting on 3 acres. Large back yard great for cookouts, playing football, bridal showers, birthday parties, and more!
This home offers a farmhouse style kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer, icemaker, stove, new dishwasher, and microwave. Kitchen Island and bar provides extra seating. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee cups/mugs, pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, knives, baking dishes, metal pans, mixer, toaster, can opener, air fryer, blender, and crockpot.
Beautiful formal dining area that seats six and includes a couch for extra seating. Hardwood floors through-out most of the home. The living room is wonderfully comfortable with a large sectional couch and 55-inch smart tv.
This home is four bedrooms (2 Master, 1 MBR has a private entrance, beautiful walk-in double shower with bench, and 32-inch tv) 3 full BA and sleeps up to 9-10 comfortably. The large sectional and full-size sofa provides additional sleeping if needed. A full-size air mattress is available.
Enjoy the afternoon breeze sitting on the new deck overlooking your private swimming pool (not heated) and nature. Deck area includes a full outside shower, swing, table with lounge chairs, and plenty of room to enjoy laying by the pool.

Take a break from site seeing and stay in for a game night! The sunroom features a 42-inch smart tv, Sofa and love seat, Blue Ray DVD player, and plenty of games. Enjoy our Hulu account or your entertainment account, and watch your favorite shows!
This home is located only 20 minutes away from Gulf Shores' beautiful beaches. Perfect for bridal parties and family reunions! Light up the grill, play a few games of cornhole, and enjoy the afternoon on the deck by the pool.
(There is a long-term rental situated on one side of the property. It is fully separate and gives out only to the driveway, with no yard or pool access.
