The farm property covers an area of 77 hectares, is located in the north of the Islands, between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. The agricultural concern is dedicated to sheep farming with a flock of approximately 300 sheeps. It also has a large quantity of fruits trees, almond trees, fig trees, orange trees. Two farmers work in the property however they don't live in it. The house is set in a privileged location on a hilltop with splendid views of Puerto Pollensa bay and the surrounding valley. The 17th century house has been restored and fitted with all types of commodities but keeping the atmosphere of a typical mallorcan rural construction.

Summary: We loved this Villa. It’s even better than the photos. The pool is huge and even with 9 people there was so much space. Lots of shady areas to enjoy and lots of sun-beds to get a nice tan. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Bedroom are comfy and spacious. Everywhere is very clean.
