4 Bedroom Villa in New Paltz

This country-side home is the perfect retreat whether to work from home or enjoy time off with family and friends surrounded by nature.
The home has beautiful creek, pond with Koi fish, hiking trails, and a covered outdoor eating area great for all weather.
Enjoy the homes private rock-climbing gym, outdoor swing, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, towel warmers, and good expresso machine.
Every room has a dedicated work space with high speed internet throughout the house.
“Our property manager has a workers quarter and stays part-time on-site. If you’d like for him not to be there during part of all your stay please let us know in advance.”
We are renting the homes at a reduced rate as we’re still getting final details at the homes ready (after the annex renovation and dome landscaping).

Summary: Our 6 yo daughter was having surgery the week after our stay. We needed a place to just unwind and prepare. Renata's property was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everything we needed was provided. There were a few minor snags but Renata and her team were quick to respond and made everything right. Renata was an extremely thoughtful host. She even surprised my daughter, and us, by sending her a doll with the same medical condition as my daughter. Thanks again Renata!! We would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon. The swing, Koi pond and pool table were a big hit. Thank you!!
